Black Bear RV Park is at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range, nestled between the foothills of the Rockies and the Arkansas River. We offer a fun, safe, relaxing environment with cool nights and warm sunny days with quaint and cozy family accommodations. In winter, ski Monarch Mountain and snowmobile; in spring, head to the Royal Gorge Bridge Park and Bishop's Castle; in summer, hike, raft, fish, bike, and ATV; and in fall, enjoy leaf-peeping season, hunting, and soaking in the area's hot spring pools, all within driving distance of our centrally located retreat!

GLAMPING: Our glamping tents are COMING SOON! Each will be fully furnished; there is no need to pack the camping gear. These canvas tents will feature queen and single beds with sitting areas. Outside, enjoy the BBQ grill and firepit with outdoor furniture. RV SITES: Full hookups, long, level pull-thrus.

MOTEL ROOMS: Newly updated with an eye for comfort, our rooms feature Smart TVs with Netflix, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker), no-smoking anything, and are dog-friendly.

AREA ADVENTURES: Rafting and fishing the Arkansas River, hiking, biking, jeeping, ATVing, and the Royal Gorge Bridge Park.
