    West of Colorado Springs, with views of Pikes Peak and bordering Pike National Forest, McNamara Ranch provides a personal, hands-on ranch and horseback riding experience.

    You are guaranteed our individual attention. You can ride all day to your hearts content in our beautiful mountains. Rides are tailored to your stamina and riding ability. Horse drawn wagon and picnic rides.

    Small, intimate ranch, open year around.

    Knowledgeable and experienced horsewoman with almost 50 years of experience working with horses.

    Horseback riding: day trips, with many trails to choose from.

    NO nose-to-tail riding!

    Horse drawn wagon adventures and special events: Draft horse drawn wagon rides, Weddings, Family Reunions.

    Horse Boarding, horses kept naturally.

    Seasonal cattle work on neighboring cattle ranch.

    McNamara Working Ranch is a permittee of the Pike National Forest.

    From Colorado Springs take US Highway 24 West. Continue through Woodland Park, Divide, and Florissant. Half a mile out of Florissant, make a left on Teller County 46. There will be a rust colored building -- Mountain Properties Realty on the corner. From that intersection it will be 6 miles to the "Y" in the road. At the "Y", make a left on Park County 403 (Slater Creek Road). Then go 5 miles until you come to a dead end at Park County 100. Make a right. Go approximately a half mile and McNamara Ranch will be on your left. 4620 County Road 100, Florissant Colorado 80816; 719-748-3466.
