SUMMER TIME SERVICE TIPS
- -Be sure to keep your camper battery charged! If your battery sits inactive for as little as 2 to 3 weeks between camping trips, it can lose its charge. A 2 to 3 hour drive to your campsite may not be enough to fully charge your 12V power for the weekend outing. An external 10 amp trickle charge battery charger works best!
-Hot summer travel over blazing highways and dusty back roads can really challenge those wheel bearings! It is recommended that you re-pack the bearings every 2500 to 3000 miles for optimum bearing life. The best grease to use is white lithium grease.
-To keep your fresh water tank free from bacteria build up, you must completely drain all water from the tank after each trip.
-Be sure to always inflate your trailer tires according to the tire manufacturer's specifications.
