Outstanding scenery, ultra-modern facilities, a full-service marina and magnificent campgrounds beckon visitors to Ridgway State Park. Here you can boat, fish, camp, hike and study nature in one of the most beautiful areas in Colorado.

Ridgway's great outdoors provides views of the towering Sneffels Range, the "Switzerland of America." Located 12 miles north of Ouray, Ridgway's sandy swim beach, beach house and full service marina make it a top choice for water-sports enthusiasts. Boating, scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing and swimming are some of the offerings at the park. Picnicking, geocaching, playing volleyball and camping are great ways to spend your time. In addition, Ridgway is known as one of the nation's most accessible recreation areas for people with disabilities.

Horse's are welcome, but they must remain in a horse trailer in the Campground.

Ridgway State Park, 28555 Highway 550, Ridgway Colorado 81432; 970-626-5822.
