    From mild to wild, your family will find something new and exciting to do every day in the Pikes Peak Region. With more than 50 area attractions, there's always an adventure around the next mountain pass. We are close to restaurants and hiking/biking trails. In winter enjoy both indoor and outdoor ice skating within a short drive.

    Snuggled at the base of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's designated Scenic Byways, and surrounded by forest this small, intimate B&B offers families a great vacation getaway.

    CASCADE ROOM: This spacious suite opens onto a private patio with a path to your own quiet sitting area overlooking the stream. The room features a king bed facing a wood-burning fireplace, sitting area with TV and a private bath with two-person whirlpool tub.

    WHISPERING PINES SUITE: Spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, full kitchen and two baths, sleeps 6. In the living room you will find a fireplace and TV with movies and video games provided. The suite opens out onto the large patio overlooking the stream with outside hot tub.

    The BLUE SPRUCE CABOOSE CABIN is an original Illinois Central Caboose converted into a romantic, private, luxury suite with a small kitchen. Breakfast is served to your doorstep each morning. The caboose included a sitting area, luxury soaking tub with separate shower and a fireplace in the bedroom. Your private deck has a two-person hot tub.

    The entire Inn is non-smoking and offers wireless internet access.
